His father, Heartbreaker keur, is a son of Nimmerdor, chef de race and “Stallion of the Century” in Holland. Heartbreaker was 4th in the World Championship in Lanaken as a 6 year old and 4th the next year. He performed at the 1.40 level with Peter Geerink and won the “Best Stallion” title at Zwolle. He was 3rd in the GP of Hamburg, Falsterbo and Geesteren and 4th in the prestigious GP of Aachen. In Belgium and Holland, Heartbreaker has been leading the jumping index for the last three years. Some of his eldest offspring performed at the very top when they were only 8 years old with great results ie: Quasimodo van de Molendreef, Quartz Music, Quintin, Quasimodo, Saffier and Zip and Zip. At only 14 years old Heartbreaker already has more than 10 approved sons, among them the superb jumping stallions Orlando, Padinus and Regilio.
His maternal grandfather, Burggraaf is a product of the successful Holsteiner formula Landgraf I x Cor de la Bryère and besides having been successful in the jumping ring, he is the father of more than 10 approved sons in Holland and has many offspring jumping in the international circuit. Many mares by Burggraaf won national mareshows.
Red Devil is jumping at 1.40 ridden by Fabián Sejanes. His results have been: in 2003, 5th Young Horses Championship II; in 2004 4th Young Horses Championship III and 9th San Diego 1.30; in 2005:3rd Club Hípico del Norte 1.35/1.40, 8th Tortugas Country Club 1.35, 1st Campo de Mayo 1.30.
His first generation was born in 2002 and was sold at the 2005 Haras Windcrest Auction in an excellent average.
